Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing data integration solutions in a Teradata environment. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with Teradata (Vantage preferred) and strong SQL, BTEQ, and Teradata utilities knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build data integration solutions in a Teradata environment
  • Develop ETL/ELT jobs using BTEQ, SQL, and Teradata utilities (FastLoad, MultiLoad, TPT)
  • Enhance data models and marts within a large-scale EDW
  • Support data provisioning for reporting and operational needs
  • Troubleshoot and tune Teradata queries for performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience with Teradata (Vantage preferred)
  • Strong SQL, BTEQ, and Teradata utilities knowledge
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, DataStage)
  • Experience with workload tuning and performance optimization
  • Exposure to tools like Control-M, Git
