The Opportunity

We're seeking a Junior and a Senior Civil Designer to join their Sunshine Coast or Nth Brisbane teams. This isn't just another design role; it's an opportunity to be part of something long-term.

They are actively investing in the next generation of leaders. For the right Senior Designer, the Senior role offers a pathway to associate or director level and even equity in the business. Whether you are a Junior Designer or a Senior Designer, you'll:

  • Work on a diverse project portfolio – from subdivisions and townhouses to shopping centres, council infrastructure, and sporting precincts.
  • Engage directly with clients and councils through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers in a supportive, team-based environment.
  • As a Senior, you will mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the business.

Every day will bring variety, challenge, and the chance to see your designs become reality.

About You / Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years' experience in civil design across residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Strong skills in 12D and Civil 3D (experience with Drains, Music, and 2FLOW also valued).
  • A Diploma (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering Design.
  • Knowledge of local authority standards and requirements.
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach and the confidence to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
Senior Pathway

For the right Senior Designer, there is a pathway to associate or director level and even equity in the business.
