Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred services that enhance the quality of life of our clients. You will work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement behaviour support plans that meet their individual needs and goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based frameworks and approaches to behaviour support. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and problem-solve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans that meet the individual needs and goals of clients;
  • Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to deliver person-centred services;
  • Ensure practices comply with relevant NDIS regulations;
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities;
Requirements:
  • Registration with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission as a proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner;
  • Tertiary qualification in an allied health or related field (desirable but not required);
  • Experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic supports;
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
