Job Title: Behaviour Support Practitioner - PaediatricsAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with NDIS participants, their families and carers to provide positive behaviour support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify participant needs and develop person-centred plans.
  • Support Plan Delivery: Deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support environment.
  • Goal Setting and Strategy Development: Collaborate with participants to establish meaningful goals and practical strategies.
  • Knowledge and Capacity Building: Foster the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those supporting participants.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including mentoring less experienced colleagues.
