
Autism Support Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Disability Services or Individual Support, and experience working in a day program or hospital setting.
Our team provides quality support to Autistic adults in a community environment, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where individuals can thrive. We seek to understand and celebrate the strengths, interests and aspirations of people on the autism spectrum.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to participants with complex behaviours and support needs. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement individualised plans that promote independence and community participation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with participants, families and colleagues.
We offer a competitive rate of $40.26 per hour + superannuation, depending on qualifications (SCHADS Level 2). We also provide training and personal development opportunities, career pathways, and an Employee Referral Incentive.
