Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual content (graphics, social media posts, basic designs)
  • Edit videos and photos to enhance brand presence
  • Format and lay out documents, reports, and presentations for effective communication

  • Write or edit copy for various channels to capture audience attention
  • Bulk up photo libraries to streamline content creation processes

Publishing & Distribution:

  • Upload content to websites and content management systems for seamless delivery
  • Schedule and post on social media platforms to reach target audiences
  • Manage email newsletter compilation and distribution for consistent engagement
  • Coordinate content across multiple channels to maintain brand consistency
  • E nsure all materials reflect the company's image and values

Production Support:

  • Support content leads with project execution to meet deadlines
  • Manage content calendars and production timelines to optimize workflows
  • Organize and maintain content libraries and assets for easy access
  • Quality check content before publication to ensure accuracy
  • Track content performance and compile reports to inform future strategies

Administrative & Coordination:

  • Project manage content initiatives to drive business goals
  • Coordinate with other departments for content needs to foster collaboration
  • Manage vendor relationships (photographers, designers, etc.) to secure high-quality services
  • Maintain production workflows and processes to improve efficiency

To excel in this role, you'll need a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred) is also required. Strong project management skills, experience using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
