Coordinated Communications Specialist

The Communication & Activity Coordinator plays a crucial part in our organization's internal communication strategy.
This role involves working closely with various teams to develop and implement effective communication plans that drive business outcomes.
As a Communications Professional, you will provide strategic input on how to best engage our teams with important information and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing, editing, and producing high-quality communication materials for our teams.
- Championing store activity planning to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage change initiatives and national rollouts.
- Ensuring all activities are well-planned, with progress monitored and reported back to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Proven experience working with fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities.
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
While previous retail communications experience is highly valued, it is not essential. What matters most is your ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with others.
