Senior Program Director

The successful candidate will lead the growth and delivery of LEAP, a trauma-aware program that elevates lived experience voices in homelessness and Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence.
- Design and deliver culturally safe programs that promote strengths-based advocacy.
- Build strong partnerships with government and community stakeholders to support advocacy and impact.
- Oversee sub-contractors, partners, and program components, including evaluations.
- Promote participant-led advocacy while ensuring compliance and budget management.
This role requires a strong background in lived experience advocacy and program management.
