The role of Mental Health Programme Leader involves providing leadership and direction to a dedicated team in a youth mental health initiative programme. As a key member of the Centre team, you will utilise evidence-based interventions to support young people, their families, and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and coordination of clinical services
  • Engage in clinical reviews and provide direct clinical services
  • Guide a team of multi-disciplined individuals
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline
  • Current registration with AHPRA/AASW as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, or other Allied Health professional
  • Experience in leading a team in a complex environment
  • Advanced clinical skills in managing young people at risk through delivery of psychosocial interventions
