As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our workshop. With over 30 years of experience providing top-quality service to customers, we are now seeking an experienced leader to oversee vehicle processing upon arrival and manage the flow of repairs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role within the collision repair industry, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality repairs, as well as meeting productivity targets and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of the site to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management role within the collision repair industry (essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set, manage, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A natural leader who can motivate and manage a team to get the best results.
