Collision Repair Operations Director

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. This leadership role requires an experienced and motivated professional to manage the team and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff at the workshop by adhering to industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee the efficient processing of vehicles upon arrival and manage the flow of repairs to meet deadlines.
- Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality repairs that meet customer expectations and site profitability goals.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role within the collision repair industry, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to set, manage, and adhere to deadlines.
