Return to Work Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Return to Work Specialist who can support customers and clients with recovery, return to work (RTW) and return to health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support strategic return to work and recovery solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate recovery at work outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and education on the return to work process and legislative requirements.
About You:
  • Previous experience and/or qualifications in injury rehabilitation, vocational counselling or allied health.
  • Able to work in a sensitive environment with compassion and professionalism.
  • Highly developed communication skills, engaging and influencing at all levels of organisation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A strategic mindset and approach to work.
  • A strong sense of team collaboration and resilient attitude.
