Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced rehabilitation professional to join our team in a key role that involves working with clients to achieve their goals and return to sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Support clients in identifying future employment or training options.
  • Conduct assessments in areas of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or daily living assessments.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
