Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative

We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a sales consultant in our retail store.

About the Role:

  • You will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions for customers' telecommunications needs.
  • You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • You will be trained on the latest cutting-edge technology and gadgets, empowering you to support and provide solutions for customers.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with a variety of new and existing customers.
  • You have experience in a customer-facing role and can quickly develop customized solutions for customers.
  • You have a drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs, and are hungry to learn and grow within the role (and beyond).
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, where you can multitask while still providing excellent customer service.
