About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for guests, you will provide exceptional service and ensure their experience is memorable.

This role involves processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts. You will also coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation and supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will be responsible for completing day-to-day office administration, maintaining relationships with the park teams, residents and guests, and handling cash transactions accurately.

Requirements
  • Prior Front Office experience in the hospitality industry
  • Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE
