Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Acting Transition Coordinator to join our innovative teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a transition program for incoming students, assisting them settle in.
  • Organise the Year 7 Orientation Day, Camp and Information Nights.
  • Coordinate transitions from Year 7 into Year 8 and Year 8 into Year 9.

  • Demonstrate contemporary teaching practice, understanding how students learn best and knowledge of curriculum frameworks.
  • Be registered or eligible for registration with the relevant authorities.
  • Show commitment to Catholic education and the safety and wellbeing of children.
