  • As the Service Manager Corporate Finance, you will play a vital role in delivering and leading financial services across corporate taxation advisory and compliance, financial reporting and reconciliations (monthly and annual), capital and asset accounting, and treasury management functions.">

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and relevant legislation.">
  • Lead the Corporate Finance Unit including staff development, performance management, and fostering a positive team culture.">
  • Oversee capitalisation, asset accounting, and the development and review of the Long Term Asset Management Plan.">
  • Provide expert taxation advice and ensure accurate compliance and lodgement of tax returns.">
  • Support treasury management, balancing debt and investment portfolios, and forecasting cash flows.">
  • Build effective internal partnerships and deliver tailored financial insights that support decision-making.">
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Financial Services division and drive continuous service improvements.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate taxation, treasury, and asset management.">
  • Proven leadership in team development, service delivery and performance improvement.">
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory reporting and asset accounting within a complex organisation.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.">
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to medium-to-large or government organisations.">
