This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant in Darwin. As the ultimate tool shop, we deliver the right tools and advice to customers who are building the future.

We are seeking a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who can build solid, long-term relationships with customers and colleagues alike. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous retail and/or trade experience
  • A passion for tools and trades
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide expert advice and information on products to customers
  • Support customer queries and offer solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a well-presented store at all times
  • Process and maintain customer orders
