Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and effective communication.

  1. Develop strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Stay up-to-date with new products and services to provide expert recommendations and facilitate sales.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient store operations and a positive shopping environment.
  4. Participate in merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a well-organised and visually appealing sales floor.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
