Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Gymnastics Coach to lead our competitive and recreational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching student-athletes, developing their skills, and promoting a positive team culture.

The Gymnastics Coach will work closely with students, participants, and other coaches to deliver high-quality training sessions, events, and competitions. They will assess skills, assign team/class positions, and develop creative choreography to maximize scoring opportunities.

In addition to coaching, the Gymnastics Coach will maintain accurate records, including eligibility forms, emergency data, and injury records. They will also assist with daily, weekly, and monthly social media marketing activities and promote the program through various channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Some experience as a competitive Cheerleader/Dancer/Gymnast or Cheerleading/Dance/Gymnastics Coach at any level.
  • Effective coaching techniques and skills.
  • A thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrators, fellow coaches/staff, parents, and students.
