We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Gymnastics Coach to lead our team and support the development of athletes across all levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced coach to take their career to the next level, working collaboratively with our dedicated team to drive success in Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG).

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on athlete development, safety, and technique, with excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Our coaching team is committed to helping every gymnast reach their full potential, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and values.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver WAG programs that cater to the needs of our athletes
  • Mentor and lead a team of coaches to achieve shared goals
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, technique, and athlete well-being
  • Collaborate with the management committee, parents, and the gymnastics community to drive success
  • Contribute to club development, programs, and planning
Requirements
  • Significant experience in coaching WAG or MAG
  • Hold relevant coaching accreditation ideally advanced or above
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Passionate about gymnastics and athlete-centered coaching
  • Hold or be able to obtain: Working With Children Check; First Aid & CPR certification; Technical Membership (Gymnastics Australia or relevant body)
