Job Opportunity: Lead Women's Artistic Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Head Coach to lead our coaching team and support the development of athletes and programs across all levels.

Gymnastics is a dynamic and challenging sport that requires dedication, passion, and expertise. As a leading coach, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement high-quality programs that foster athlete growth and achievement.

The ideal candidate will have experience coaching Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) or Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), hold relevant coaching accreditation, and possess strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

You will work collaboratively with management, parents, and the gymnastics community to drive program success and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging WAG programs that cater to diverse skill levels and interests.
  • Mentor and lead a team of dedicated coaches, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Evaluate and maintain safety standards, technique, and athlete well-being through regular assessments and evaluations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with management, parents, and the gymnastics community to ensure effective collaboration and shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching WAG or MAG, with a proven track record of athlete development and program success.
  • Hold relevant coaching accreditation, preferably at an advanced level or higher.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • A deep passion for gymnastics and a commitment to athlete-centered coaching practices.
