We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support and Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring project objectives and requirements are met by coordinating engagement activities with key user groups and stakeholders.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality support and training services in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Defence contractors, ADF and APS staff.

  • Coordinate engagement activities with key user groups and stakeholders
  • Prepare reporting mechanisms
  • Deliver training courses in FMS to Defence contractors, ADF and APS staff

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing and delivering training courses, as well as coordinating engagement activities with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
