The Role:

Concrete Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reinforced and/or structures experience, ideally with a tier 2 or specialist civils contractors with a bias towards concrete, r/c structures, rebar and strengthening.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience supervising r/c or structures and managing sub-contractors. A formwork background is preferred but not essential. The role involves working on various projects including bridges, post tensioning, and new/replacement bridge construction.

This includes:

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of sub-contractors and site personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting any deviations from the plan
  • Developing effective communication strategies with stakeholders

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Concrete Supervisor
  • A proven track record of managing sub-contractors and site personnel
  • A strong understanding of reinforced and/or structures experience, preferably with a bias towards concrete, r/c structures, rebar and strengthening
