Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients involved in technical, scientific, or high-impact commercial projects
  • Lead client engagements from initial discussions and eligibility assessments to documentation and strategic advice
  • Translate technical concepts into structured, accurate submissions and reports
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Stay updated on policy developments and contribute to internal capabilities and process improvements
  • Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in R&D advisory, innovation incentives, or related technical/consulting fields
  • Qualifications in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Law, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical ideas in a business context
  • Experience managing client relationships and multiple deliverables
  • Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset, valuing both independence and teamwork
