Cement Plant Operatives are in demand at our Brisbane site.

  • This is a skilled role that involves operating Cement Packaging Lines and Mobile Equipment, including Front End Loaders and Forklifts.
  • The operative will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing cement production samples to ensure quality control.
  • Plant problems will need to be diagnosed and repaired, working with maintenance staff as required.
  • A regular inspection program will need to be implemented on fixed and mobile plant equipment.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Forklift Licence and experience working with computers.
  • Previous experience in a continuous manufacturing environment, preferably with shift work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely and follow all relevant safety protocols.
