Key Role in Cement Production

  • Cement Plant Operators play a vital role in meeting the demands of production operations at our cement plant.

We are seeking individuals with strong problem-solving skills and experience in operating heavy machinery to join our team.

About This Role
  • This position involves operating the cement plant, including grinding mills and packaging lines, as well as mobile equipment such as front-end loaders and forklifts.
  • Analyzing cement production samples and diagnosing plant problems is an essential part of this role.
  • Maintenance activities and ensuring all equipment is properly greased and cleaned are also key responsibilities.
  • Performing regular inspections on both fixed and mobile plant equipment is crucial to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with computers and experience working in a continuous manufacturing environment are highly valued.
  • Front End Loader experience is preferred, as is a Forklift licence.
  • A willingness to learn and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this role.
