Key Responsibilities

As a Gardener, you will work closely with the Estate Manager and the Gardeners to ensure the establishment and upkeep of the gardens and grounds.

Tasks may include horticultural and grounds development, maintenance and monitoring, garden beds re-planting and maintenance, pruning of trees and shrubs, lawn mowing, edging, fertilising and weeding.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks and Gardens or related field.
  • Previous experience and knowledge in general and commercial maintenance and gardening.
  • Knowledge of trade resources and suppliers of materials.
  • Current manual driver's licence.
  • Exceptional people and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
