We are excited to be bringing our international brands to Myer as our next major retail partnership. We're seeking an experienced professional to assume the responsibility of achieving financial targets and key performance indicators, all while fostering a dynamic team empowered to surpass expectations.

What to Expect on a Daily Basis?

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful store experience by leading by example.
  • Develop talent within your team and drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving targets set by the business.
  • Showcase expertise in visual merchandising by crafting a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere that grabs customers' attention.
  • Oversight of store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining a sharp focus on commercial acumen.
  • Manage stock in a fast-paced environment to ensure we can service our customers effectively.
  • Track store sales performance, recognize exceptional results, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to peers and senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals to join our organization.

What Can We Expect from You?

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • A passion for the retail industry is essential.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Operational excellence, experienced in stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Thrive in the energy of a fast-paced environment, inspiring and exciting your peers.
