About the Role
Southern Cross Care is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Health and Wellness team at our Goolwa Community Hub. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based health, wellness, and reablement therapy to community dwelling adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply quality physiotherapy diagnostic and treatment skills to meet the needs and wants of our clients.
- Contribute positively to multi-disciplinary care planning for our clients.
- Engage in case conferencing and problem-solving of complex care needs.
- Proactively deliver evidence-based reablement pathways to ensure client physical, social, and mental health benefits.
- Demonstrated willingness to mentor students and increase your personal skill set.
About You
We are looking for a Physiotherapist with a Bachelor (or Master Degree) in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA. You will have demonstrated broad relevant experience with an understanding of clinical practices in an aged care setting. You will also have experience in person-centred practice, service continuous improvement, evidence-based treatment, and service delivery.
