We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing contracts for various construction projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and stakeholders, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts for construction projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, strategic sourcing, cost management, engineering, quality, and project managers.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to resolve disputes and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Procurement, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
