Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

This role is a critical component of our finance team, requiring a high level of expertise and experience in financial analysis and business partnering.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will provide strategic support to senior leadership, driving financial performance and informing key business decisions through insightful financial analysis and robust business partnering.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely, accurate, and understandable management reports including KPIs and financial reports for Health Services Programs.
  • Budgeting: Develop annual budgets, monthly reviews, and analysis with regular forecasting, partnering with the Operations team to assist in building their budgets.
  • Cost Optimisation: Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation, leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with a strong financial perspective.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Financial Analysis: Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and present insights to inform business decisions.
  • Business Partnering: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Police Record Check: Provide evidence of or be in the process of obtaining a current Police Record Check.
  • Working with Children Check: Provide evidence of or be in the process of obtaining a current Working with Children Check.
