Procurement Data Entry Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as Group Procurement Data Entry Officer. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in procurement while supporting the smooth operations of our team.

  • Enter and manage procurement-related data into designated systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and assist in generating reports for internal teams and suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in procurement data to support seamless operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive procurement information.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
