We are currently seeking an Data Entry and Administration Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 8 weeks. The role is based in the Brisbane CBD/Cairns and offers flexible working arrangements.

About the Role:

- Provide administrative support services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations within a fast-paced aviation environment.
- Utilize database systems and data entry skills to accurately transfer information from existing records to new databases, with a focus on CAMP to GANNET migration.
- Support data entry objectives and identify potential issues that may hinder task completion and business goals attainment.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently to achieve results and drive success.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct investigations into component part numbers and locations, requiring minimal exposure to warehouse operations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using database systems
  • Supporting data entry objectives and identifying potential issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

You will be well-suited to this role if you have:

  • Experience working with database systems and MS Office Products
  • A background in warehousing, including cataloguing and receipt acceptance
