
High-Performance Customer Service Expert

This is a customer-facing position where you will be responsible for ensuring our customers connect faster, better and smarter.
As a Telstra Retail Consultant, every day will be different and present new challenges and opportunities to showcase your skills and knowledge.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with solutions that meet those needs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- To provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- To stay up-to-date with new products and services and recommend them to customers as appropriate.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
