We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join one of our multi-channel branches. As a passionate customer service professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and resolving queries in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions and digital channels
- Work collaboratively with customers to utilize in-branch technology and digital banking solutions
- Complete comprehensive financial assessments to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Process loan and credit applications in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
- Problem-solving ability and curiosity to find innovative solutions
- Strong learning orientation and goal-setting abilities
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly as part of a team
