- Lead complex, large-scale transmission projects that will power WA for decades.
- Secure funding and influence policy, engaging with government, regulators, and industry to drive outcomes.
- Oversee portfolio optimisation and assurance, ensuring programs are on time, on budget, and compliant.
- Build and inspire high-performing teams, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Proven leadership in delivering large-scale transmission or generation infrastructure projects.
- Strategic capability to navigate complexity, shape policy, and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of decarbonisation drivers, electricity markets, and infrastructure delivery.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills – from boardrooms to project teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate highly regarded).
- Ability to lead programs of work that run simultaneously.
