Role Overview

About the Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our concrete batch plant, ensuring that production meets quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with our batching team to ensure accurate mix designs and timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Operate a front-end loader as needed to support plant operations.
  • Assist with training new staff members on plant operations and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • A strong background in concrete production or a related field, preferably with experience in supervisory roles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
