About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Structural Supervisor to oversee major structural works on large-scale construction projects in Sydney. This role is perfect for a driven professional ready to lead and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge industrial, commercial, and infrastructure builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of structural works on-site, focusing on concrete and structural steel.
  • Ensure construction activities meet project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and proactively address any technical or safety issues.
  • Oversee the execution of structural programs, including scheduling and resource management.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with WHS regulations and implement site-specific safety measures.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in supervising concrete or structural steel works within large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline are preferred.
