Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage departmental functions to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Provide regular updates on operational achievements and key issues to the General Manager
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel setting
  • Business Administration degree, with a focus on Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field
  • Strong background in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, and a keen focus on excellence
  • A strong passion for hotel operations and a solid grasp of emerging industry trends and innovations
  • A drive for tackling challenges and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, and networking skills
