Our organisation supports individuals with spinal cord injuries, empowering them to live independently. We're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide direct support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, transfers, and domestic tasks.

  • Transfer clients between beds and wheelchairs, utilising hoists when necessary
  • Assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, and dental hygiene
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management
  • Administer basic wound care and medication
  • Support with domestic duties, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A fixed fortnightly roster, with flexible shifts available
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card registration (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience in the field, or relevant qualifications (training provided)
