About the Role
  • Liaise with clients, service providers, and internal teams to coordinate and confirm services for clients.
  • Maintain client expectations by providing efficient responses to all enquiries via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with Care Connect policies.
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and within service level agreements.
  • Identify and appropriately escalate client risk, health & wellbeing matters in accordance with authorised processes and quality standards.
About You
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or coordination, with strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, inbound phone contact environment with the ability to meet deadlines and solve problems under pressure.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional support to clients and helping them maintain their independence.
