We're looking for a seasoned professional to take on a key role in our assurance team.

The Job Description

As an assurance specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our projects and initiatives. You will work closely with project teams to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project assurance plans, as well as conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with our delivery frameworks.

To achieve these objectives, you will need to have a strong understanding of project management principles, including risk management, issue management, and stakeholder engagement. You will also need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale initiatives to large-scale transformation programs. The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in project management, with experience in assurance or a related field. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, and relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile would be highly desirable. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
