Job Summary:
TP Human Capital is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team for a temporary assignment. This role will focus on performance management, conflict resolution, and employment relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with performance reviews and development plans to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Provide support for performance improvement processes to drive business results.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Offer mediation and practical solutions to workplace issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle employment relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Manage backfill for HR functions and provide additional support as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Respond to and manage inquiries related to awards and agreements, ensuring correct application and adherence to relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR with a focus on performance management and employment relations.
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills, with the ability to navigate complex workplace issues.
- Knowledge of employment laws and awards, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently, with a high level of autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant HR qualification or certification, demonstrating expertise in HR practices.
- Previous experience in a similar HRBP role, with a proven track record of success.
