Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting the accuracy and efficiency of vendor and supplier payments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and ERP systems, with strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.

A key aspect of this role is processing day-to-day accounts payable transactions, including verifying and matching invoices to purchase orders. You will also be responsible for performing payment reconciliations, ensuring invoices are approved with correct purchase order numbers, maintaining up-to-date vendor records, and processing employee reimbursements. Additionally, you will assist with credit card statement workflow and manage subcontractor compliance documentation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can contribute to process improvements and act as a key point of contact for our policies on credit terms.
