We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to collaborate with design, architects, and third-party vendors to implement performance tuning solutions for cloud and in-house applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in custom coding in Java to build custom tools, hands-on experience in various performance tuning tools, and knowledge of big data technologies, payments, channel, Kafka, microservices, Teradata, and Oracle.
As a Performance Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases for big data, payments solutions, and multi-cloud and third-party applications. You will also oversee the analysis of performance test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 6-10 years of experience with information technology.
- Tertiary qualification in IT/computer science/related discipline.
The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements. As a Performance Engineer, you will develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
