Technical Product Engineer Role

The primary objective of this position is to serve as the technical expert for TOMRA's reverse vending machines. The role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio and acting as a key liaison between partners, customers, technicians, system users, and the global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough comprehension of TOMRA's products and services.
  • Assume responsibility for analyzing data from installed machines, reporting findings, and ensuring timely follow-up according to SLA requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of performance improvements through suggestion, design, testing, and implementation.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical queries related to TOMRA's RVMs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform software and hardware testing to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Design and maintain training materials and product documentation to support technician, field team, and service operator training.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to various stakeholders.
  • Develop market-specific solutions for equipment and RVMs to meet regional needs.
  • Support multiple projects within the organization to drive growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement machine installation and deployment.
  • Drive performance enhancements across the RVM portfolio.
