Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Manager to lead our team in driving value through safety, people, quality, efficiency, and cost. The successful candidate will own and drive operational improvements across the site, acting as a catalyst for change.

  • Demonstrate genuine safety-first leadership, leading by example and ensuring all Company policies, procedures, and processes are adhered to.
  • Develop front line capabilities, continuous improvement, and foster Lean manufacturing practices to achieve high performance.
  • Set the overall strategy and standards for best-in-class operations, minimizing production downtime.
  • Manage daily and weekly production schedules to achieve optimum production efficiencies and DIFOT.
  • Work closely with Quality/Supply Chain and Engineering to optimize production performance and ensure operational excellence in all areas of production.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, support, and performance management.
  • Ensure all ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards and practices are achieved.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A visible belief in and demonstrated leadership in driving a Zero Harm culture.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques.
  • A working background in a manufacturing environment that embraces operational excellence.

  • The ability to balance production, safety, and resources.
