Cloud Project Delivery Specialist

This role exists to assist in the delivery of a range of Cloud and on-premises based projects for various clients. As a Cloud Project Delivery Specialist, you'll work on delivering projects in line with client strategies and technology roadmaps, collaborating with our Head of Technical Operations, Engineers, and Clients throughout project implementation and post-delivery phases.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad range of projects from solution design through to implementation.
- Deliver Cloud Services projects - Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other mid-to-large scale migration projects.
- Deliver infrastructure projects (Active Directory, Exchange Server upgrades and deployments, Archiving, SAN deployments, VMware upgrades and deployments, Veeam, Anti-Virus, Office 365 Migrations).
- Networking - understanding of ADSL, Fibre Network turn-ups and troubleshooting, LAN Cabling, VLAN's.
- Security - understanding of Palo Alto & Sophos firewalls.
- Validate and assist in the maintenance of the client's risk and issues registers.
- Administer and maintain a range of systems, provide systems guidance and support to key clients.
- Assist the sales team with technology specifications.
- Resolve Level 3 helpdesk complex IT issues as/when escalated.
- Up-Skill and coach junior engineers.
Your Requirements:
- Hands-on implementation experience of cloud projects (MS Azure and the suite of M365 services).
- Email migrations, SharePoint online, OneDrive, Teams, (PowerBi, Dynamics 365 – Nice to haves).
- Implement and manage storage, deploy, and manage virtual machines (VMs), configure, and manage virtual networks, and manage identities.
- Secure identities, evaluate and perform server migration to Azure, implement and manage application services, and implement advanced virtual networking.
- Tenancy creation, management of MS Azure subscriptions and resources, and proposal pricing.
- Experience with cloud backup services, disaster recovery options, and traditional backup platforms.
- Experience with deploying Azure Virtual Desktop & MS Intune (MDM).
- Experience implementing Microsoft Security Services; Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Windows Information Protection (WIP), Mobile Application Management (MAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Conditional Access.
- Hold a current MS Azure base certifications – Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104); Azure Security Engineer Associate or Microsoft Security Administrator Associate (AZ-500 or MS-500– Nice to haves).
- Experience delivering networking infrastructure projects autonomously and/or within a team (Firewalls, Switches, Routers, WAP's, LAN, WAN, Load Balancing, QoS, VPN, Voice, & Web Application Scanning).
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto and/or Sophos firewalls.
- Desirable – Hold a current certification in networking, virtualization, and/or VoIP products.
