Job Title: Executive Property Consultant and Legal Content Writer

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Executive Property Consultant and Legal Content Writer.

  • This role involves independently managing the preparation, lodgment, and oversight of Development Applications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • You will provide expert planning appraisals and offer written and verbal advice to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Development Applications from preparation to completion.

  2. Conduct thorough planning appraisals and provide detailed written and verbal guidance to clients.

  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

  4. Balance client expectations with core planning principles.

  5. Ensure high-quality written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Think creatively to deliver commercially astute advice.

  7. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including file management and administrative tasks.

  8. Foster exceptional interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Queensland Planning or legislation experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in legal content creation and property consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle diverse projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Project management and coordination skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment.
